Client portal is a secure gateway for streamlined project collaboration and exchanging information between Dynathrone and each and every client. It contains up to minute information on the project status, tasks, milestones, files & documents as well as financial information for every project.

Staff and project team members collaborate with each other and our clients and provide project updates, so our clients can always view the status of their projects.

In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which our clients can use to track the progress of their requests. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all support requests which can be viewed in the client portal.
